Our company, founded by Hector Garcia and Jerry Aguirre, has acquired and developed over $1.2 billion dollars’ worth of properties in Florida since its inception in 1990. The company aims primarily on building exceptional, residential communities, custom homes, commercial properties, and luxury rental residential apartments.
