The top priority of the SH communities’ residential communities division is to help a homebuyer find their perfect home. Recognizing that each home is meant to match each unique homebuyer’s needs, SH communities builds each residence with the client in mind. By listening to and anticipating the housing and neighborhood design needs of its future residents, we have succeeded in creating some of the most remarkable living spaces available in today’s market space. With a plethora of communities from which to choose, SH offers locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Homestead, Boynton Beach, Davie, Estero, and confidently more to come. Many communities were intentionally built in close proximity to major highways, airports, schools, and universities. Customers always have many options to choose from, whether the buyer be interested in purchasing a single-family home or a townhouse, homeowners can always select a space to meet their particular needs. Homes vary in size: from two to six or even eight bedrooms, buyers can be sure their space needs are met. Homes also have up to three bathrooms, and private one to two car garages. They are replete with top-of-the line appliance packages, walk-in closets, roman tubs, and cultured marble vanities. Nestled in neighborhoods that continue to witness growth, many of these communities attract residents and visitors alike – ideal for first-time buyers, young professionals, investors, families, and empty-nesters. Many of the projects became award-winning properties upon completion. Vizcaya is our master planned community comprised of eleven different communities: Camelot, Palazzo del Lago, Bellagio Townvillas, Bellagio Estates, Santorini Estates, Santorini Townvillas, Santorini Isles, Escada Estates, Escada Townvillas, Escada Isles, and Las Terrazas. Upon completion, Vizcaya was comprised of a total of 1,278 homes and townhouses. The gated community had a 24-hour security as well as a number of other amenities for its residents.

SH Communities continued its success in Homestead with its first single family home community, Ventanas Del Sol. Consisting of one and two-story homes, homebuyers could choose from four models. At Ventanas Del Sol, SH Communities used their most successful floor plans from their previous award-winning communities in Miramar and Estero.

Adjacent to Copper Oaks single-family homes, SH Communities launched a townhouse community called Copper Oaks Townvillas. SH Communities ventured beyond Southeast Florida to the Naples Market after building in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Homestead, Miramar, Boynton Beach, and more locations. SH moved cautiously in untested waters and partnered with West Coast custom builder to launch their first community in Naples, Copper Oaks.

Understanding that land was becoming scarce in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, SH acquired several properties in Davie. The first of these was Grove Greek Ranches. Every home was built on a builders’ acre lot and more than 60 percent of the homes were either on a cul-de-sac, lake, or situated on a natural preserve.
