BOARDWALK TOWNVILLAS 

VENTANAS DEL SOL

SH Communities continued its success in Homestead with its first single family home community, Ventanas Del Sol. Consisting of one and two-story homes, homebuyers could choose from four models. At Ventanas Del Sol, SH Communities used their most successful floor plans from their previous award-winning communities in Miramar and Estero.

Woodbridge Ranches was SH Communities’ second community in the town of Davie. Like Grove Creek Ranches, Woodbridge featured the same seven stunning models. Residences were also on builder’s acre lots. Following Grove Creek Ranches, Woodbridge Ranches offers homebuyers the same inspired architecture including one new model.

The first and only community of its kind in the Boynton Beach area, situated directly on the intracoastal, was Waterside. The project featured 12 spacious floor plans with multiple balconies and terraces offering beautiful water views and private marina dockage. The three-story clubhouse included a superior fitness center with a spa, large ballroom, and covered lanai overlooking the intracoastal.

LAS TERRAZAS AT VIZCAYA

Las Terrazas was built within the Vizcaya master community as the eleventh and final community, with the goal of completing the options for potential homebuyers. Featuring one and two-story luxury Townvillas, these homes were incredibly expansive and offered a great deal of space for customers seeking larger living areas.

BAYFRONT TOWNVILLAS

SH Communities continued their innovative design with their next community in Boynton Beach called Bayfront. Bayfront features 48 one and two-story townhomes in a private community including a resort-style pool, sun deck, and clubhouse with a fitness center. This project allowed SH to delve deeper into this area.

COPPER OAKS TOWNVILLAS

Adjacent to Copper Oaks single-family homes, SH Communities launched a townhouse community called Copper Oaks Townvillas. The two-story homes featured similar floor plans to Bellagio and Murano Bay and experienced the same kind of success, receiving Florida;’s BEST Award for innovative style and design.

ESCADA TOWNVILLAS AT VIZCAYA

Escada was the tenth community built within the Vizcaya master community featuring one and two-story luxury Townvillas. These homes were incredibly expansive and offered a great deal of space for customers seeking larger living areas. Vizcaya was becoming more attractive to live in with this fine addition of a community.

COASTAL BAY TOWNVILLAS

Having expanded into Palm Beach County with the successful launch of Murano Bay, SH Communities was ready to launch their next project of Coastal Bay Townvillas. The two and three-story townhomes added major value to the up-and-coming Boynton Beach area allowing for the further creation of Waterside in Boynton.

PUERTA DEL SOL

The third multi-family community build by SH Communities in Homestead was Puerta del Sol with one to two-story townhomes. It was developed in two phases, with phase one including a total of 69 residences. Puerta del Sol opened home ownership for many families in Homestead as price point accessible.

COPPER OAKS ESTATES

SH Communities ventured beyond Southeast Florida to the Naples Market after building in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Homestead, Miramar, Boynton Beach, and more locations. SH moved cautiously in untested waters and partnered with West Coast custom builder to launch their first community in Naples, Copper Oaks.

GROVE CREEK RANCHES

Understanding that land was becoming scarce in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, SH acquired several properties in Davie. The first of these was Grove Greek Ranches. Every home was built on a builders’ acre lot and more than 60 percent of the homes were either on a cul-de-sac, lake, or situated on a natural preserve.

ESCADA ISLES AT VIZCAYA

Responding to sales demand, SH Communities continued with another series of homes in Vizcaya mimicking the success project of Santorini Isles. SH offered excellent land planning with many homes situated on the water, cul-de-sac, corner, or oversized lot. This was their tenth community built within the master planned community.

ESCADA ESTATES AT VIZCAYA

Escada Estates was the eighth project built within the enormous master community of Vizcaya. These single-family homes featured elegant one and two-story models with a plethora of floor plans for homebuyers to select. Two to three-car garages were also incorporated within these homes.

MURANO BAY TOWNVILLAS

Murano Bay was an exclusive community in the Southeastern of Palm Bay County of two-story townhomes offering floorplans with second floor sitting areas, covered back patios, and large master suites. Homes had large picture windows that brought in copious amounts of natural light.

CASA DEL SOL

Casa Del Sol was a family favorite with a tot lot and a nice park built within the community. It was located close to the downtown historical area of Homestead with shopping, fine dining, and excellent schools nearby. Homes had large picture windows that brought in copious amounts of natural light.

SANTORINI ISLES AT VIZCAYA

Not to be confused with the last two projects in Vizcaya, the seventh community built in the master community was Santorini Isles. The single-family homes offered oversized lots on the corner or on the water.

SANTORINI TOWNVILLAS AT VIZCAYA

Not to be confused with the last project in Vizcaya, Santorini Estates, the sixth residential community built in the same master community was Santorini Townvillas offering the same amenities as the other projects.

SANTORINI ESTATES AT VIZCAYA

Based on their record pace of completion, SH decided to open their fifth residential community in Vizcaya: Santorini Estates. With great land planning, homes were either on the water, corner plots, or oversized lots.

BELLAGIO ESTATES  AT VIZCAYA

The fourth community built in Vizcaya was Bellagio Estates. Much like Camelot, Palazzo del Lago, and Bellagio Townvillas, Bellagio Estates enjoyed all the benefits of being within the greater Vizcaya community nestled in Western Miramar with the traditional architecture of each home.

SOLIMAR TOWNVILLAS

Before fully committing to construction in Homestead, SH decided to release a limited line of homes for potential customers in the market. The company purchased a small infill parcel of 16 townhomes, in an unfinished community that required clean-up and painting.

BELLAGIO TOWNVILLA AT VIZCAYA

Vizcaya’s third community, Bellagio Luxury Townvillas, was nearing completion before Camelot and Palazzo del Lago communities sold out. The homes featured traditional architecture, such as crown moldings, with individualized touches to satisfy each unique homebuyer. 

PALAZZO DEL LAGO  AT VIZCAYA

The second community within Vizcaya was Palazzo Del Lago. The home sat on expansive corner and cul-de-sac lots surrounded by a 40-acre lake.

CAMELOT AT VIZCAYA

Camelot was the first SH Community built within Vizcaya, the grand master planned community that encompasses more than 10 communities. 

SECRET GARDEN

Secret Garden won 12 awards for the their grand entrance and outstanding models. These homes were equipped with top-of-the-line finishes and decor.
